RightPay gives guarantee on all your online purchases and ensures the protection of your money and the quality of the product you purchased. It covers against any delay in dispatching or delivering the products and/or any non-confirmity to the details and specification of the products, given at the time of order, in each transaction.
This means that your interests as a customer are fully protected byRightPay.

You are entitled to receive 100% money back:

  • If the product is not dispatched within stipulated shipment date.
  • If not delivered within 15 days after shipment.
  • If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product.
  • If any complaint is lodged has not been resolved within 15 days.

Before the dispatch of the product:

RightPay safeguards the interest of the customers on the following events and the modus operandi will be as follows:

  • If your order is not dispatched within 15 business days after the expected shipping date, RightPay gives an easy option to cancel your order till the time the product is dispatched.
  • RightPay guarantees full refund of the money you have paid for the product against any such cancellation request.

After the dispatch/delivery of the product:

  • If the order is not delivered within 15 days after the order is despatched, RightPay guarantees full refund of the money you have paid for the product.
  • RightPay will hold back your payment till you receive your merchandise and are satisfied with the product.
  • Seller’s payment will be released only after you confirm that the product has been received in good condition.
  • In case we do not hear back from you within 48 hours of product delivery, we assume that you are satisfied with the product quality, physical condition and specification of the product, and will release the payment to the seller.
  • In case you are not satisfied with the product delivered and inform RightPay within 5 days of delivery, RightPay will resolve your complaint within 15 days from the day the complaint is received. If RightPay is not able to give a resolution within the given period RightPay will automatically refund 100% of the money you had paid for the product.
  • You had paid for the product and you did not receive the product.
  • You have received a product of inferior quality.
  • You have received a product which do not confirm to the description and specification mentioned by MyRightBuy.

RightPay makes the refund process very simple.

  • If the amount of the claim is less than INR 1000, you will be provided with RightPay cash.
  • If the amount of claim is greater than INR 1000, refunds will be made as follows:
    • Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 7 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statements
    • Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.
    • For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favor of the name as in the "billing name" provided at the time of placing the order.
    • For orders placed through Gift Certificates / Vouchers / Coupons of MyRightBuy, refund would be provided in form of a fresh Gift Certificate / Voucher of the same value.

MyRightBuy is happy to tell you that the cancellation of any order within 8 hours from the time of placing the order will be accepted without any charges. In case you are not satisfied with the quality of a product, RightPay will help you to get a replacement, subject to fulfilment of following conditions:-

  • Product(s) other than food items should be in the original condition and should not have been tampered with the original tags, bar codes etc.
  • RightPay does not guarantee the Quality of the product Manufactured, or Produced by any brand. Such complaints should be directly addressed to the Manufacturer of the product or as instructed in the respective product package.
  • Products that are sold as sets/combos cannot be exchanged as individual items.
  • You should notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
