WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

1. We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard or Netbanking.
2. We also accept payment via "cash on Delivery" at the time of the delivery of the product. However this mode of payment has a convenience charge associated
with it.

HOW CAN I PAY IF COD OPTION IS NOT AVAILABLE ON MY ADDRESS?

If COD option is not available on your address you can always opt for NetBanking or Credit/Debit Card . In case you don't have a NetBanking or Debit Card option please contact your bank for Debit Card/Credit Card issue.

WILL TAX AMOUNT BE REFUNDED IN CASES I RETURN/CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes. In case of refund/cancellation the entire amount, including the tax collected, is returned. In case only a part of your order is returned, tax amount charged corresponding to those items also will be refunded.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

An estimated delivery time is displayed on the Order Summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.

CAN I EXPECT DELIVERY ON ALL DAYS OF THE WEEK?

You can expect delivery of your order on business days. Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and state holidays.

CAN I PLACE A BULK ORDER FOR AN ITEM(S)?

No, Bulk orders cannot be placed through MRB as the website only caters to end customers.

Hence, MyRightBuy brings to you an easy way to reserve your required quantities from our upcoming stocks. Just reserve your preferred products and we will deliver the most fresh lot at you doorstep.

Q. Is there any reservation charge?

No. This service is absolutely free to all our registered customers throughout Chennai.

Q. Will there be a price difference?

No worries. The price for reserved products will be the same as the current online price.

Q. When will I receive my reserved goods?

By placing a reservation, you chose to receive the stocks at your door step “as soon as” we receive the fresh stocks from our panel farms. A “Next Stock Expected Date” given along with each product gives you a tentative date on when the order can be expected. As this depends on factors like seasonal changes, ripening and harvesting time etc, there may be delays in receiving the goods.
