Description

Mango jam is a seasonal fruit preserve flavoured with mangoes. The preparation uses chopped or pureed, ripe or semi-ripe mangoes, along with granulated sugar,fruit pectin, a dash of lemon juice and sometimes flavouring like vanilla extract. Mango jam can also be given the cheeky spicy twist by adding ginger,cardamom etc.
